Humana is accelerating its data-driven marketing strategy and we’re looking for a strategic, technically skilled leader to help drive that transformation. As Manager, Marketing Intelligence, you’ll lead the development of reporting infrastructure, data integration, and analytics tools that empower marketing teams to make smarter, faster decisions.
This role is ideal for a hands-on analytics leader who thrives at the intersection of technical execution, marketing insight, and team development. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Humana uses data to optimize marketing performance, personalize consumer engagement, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Role Responsibilities 

Overview 

This role leads the business intelligence and reporting function for Humana’s marketing organization. You’ll work closely with analytics, data engineering, and marketing teams to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that support performance tracking and strategic decision-making.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and develop BI reporting solutionsthat provide visibility into marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and member engagement  

  • Manage and maintain dashboards and reporting toolsusing platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar  

  • Partner with marketing and analytics teamsto understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, working closely with data engineering and governance teams  

  • Automate reporting processesto improve efficiency and reduce manual effort  

  • Support ad hoc reporting requests, providing timely and accurate insights to stakeholders across the organization  

  • Train and support marketing users, helping them interpret reports and use data to inform decisions  

  • Continuously improve reporting capabilities, incorporating feedback and evolving business needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field  

  • 5+ years of experience in BI reporting, data visualization, or marketing analytics 

  • 2+ years of management experience 

  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data structures

  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker 

  • Experience in stakeholder management

  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and campaign data structures  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or certification in BI, Analytics, or Data Management  

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries 

  • Experience with cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure)  

 
 Work at Home Information

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$117,600 - $161,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
