About the Role
Ontra is seeking a Manager, Marketing Data Operations reporting to our Director, Marketing Operations, to join our rapidly growing company.
We’re looking for someone excited to lead strategic initiatives in data operations and marketing technology management, guide and grow a team of analysts specializing in data enrichment and account hierarchy, and optimize our marketing tech stack with an innovative approach towards AI integration.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Data Management: Develop and execute strategies for capturing and utilizing firmographic and demographic data to enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and grow a team of analysts, setting priorities and ensuring efficient output to support GTM functions.
- Technology Optimization: Own and refine the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless integration and data integrity aligned with GTM goals.
- AI Integration: Advise on and implement AI solutions within workflows to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leaders to align data strategies and systems, facilitating cohesive and effective go-to-market efforts.
- Market Intelligence Delivery: Ensure the marketing operations team provides comprehensive, reliable market insights to equip GTM teams for revenue growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Operations.
- People Management: Experience managing analysts or technical team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and key MarTech tools such as Marketo, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
- Project Management: Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- TAM & Data Management: Proven success with Total Addressable Market (TAM) development, data enrichment, and account/contact hierarchy management.

Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable compensation, profits interest units, or other equity-based compensation, which are not included in the below base pay range.
