Who you are

We are looking for a data-driven, analytically-minded Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our Marketing team at Metropolis. This person will play a critical role in helping us better understand our Members and how they engage with our products, and will be instrumental in turning that understanding into actionable marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with lifecycle marketing, data, and product teams to optimize campaign performance, uncover key behavioral insights, and support initiatives that drive Member engagement and lifetime value.

What you'll do
  • Develop a deep understanding of Metropolis Member behavior and its impact on key business metrics
  • Uncover behavioral insights through Member data analyses and by running/analyzing Member surveys
  • Translate behavioral insights into actionable recommendations to maximize Member LTV and overall marketing performance
  • Support the lifecycle marketing team with list pulls, campaign measurement, and attribution
  • Partner with the data team to build pipelines, views, and other marketing-specific data assets
  • Build dashboards that surface insights on marketing performance, customer behavior, and A/B testing outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver on marketing analytics needs
What we're looking for
  • Ability to work in our NYC midtown office 4 days a week
  • 4+ years of experience using SQL with large transactional databases
  • 5+ years of marketing analytic experience
  • Experience working with and supporting marketing teams
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams
  • Experience working with data in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Iterable)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, product managers, and analysts

When you join Metropolis, you’ll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. Our goal is to build an inclusive culture where everyone has a voice and the best idea wins. You will play a key role in building and maintaining this culture as our organization grows. The anticipated base salary for this position is $135,000.00 USD to $150,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more. #LI-KD1 #LI-Onsite
