Key Responsibilities

Develop team capabilities, processes and capacity to independently manage the daily routine activities.

Responsible for the BU's Operations division execution performance in aim to meet the business and organizational demands. 

Achieve perfect OTD level and full customer satisfaction for both the SPI, NPI & field support demands.

Responsible to Develop the Operation responsiveness needs to meet  the potential business demands in the most flexible and efficient way,   taking into account the ramp and down turns scenario. 

This is while recognizing the operations key process and groups constrains as well as a high level of understanding of the business environment and strong interfaces with the BM and PL heads.

Control the Operations key performance indicators in the areas of: efficiency, effectiveness & overall customer satisfaction. 

Proactively recognize trends and guide the Operation management, accordingly

Able to deeply analyze inventory and PC (period cost) key performances elements and drive the organization for on going improvement. 

This is while exhibiting high level of financial skills and understanding of the local and corporate rules, methods and BKM.

Lead key organizational processes such as: NPI & SPI BP and Product Transition sessions, with the BU staff level management. 

Drive for decision making while taking into account the overall Business and Operations aspects.

Develop P&C infrastructures and processes needed to support business demand in the most effective and efficient way, while safely navigating the BU Operations Division in a rapidly changing working environment.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
