Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own Weekly Consensus calculation and analysis, tracking estimates for revenue, profit, EPS, and adjusted FCF. Collaborating with FP&A to understand key drivers between the GE Aerospace internal estimate and analyst models to deliver insights to the senior leadership team on GE Aerospace performance versus market expectations
  • Responsible for retail investor communication, including responses to retail investor questions, maintaining retail Q&A file, and responses to IR newsletter feedback from invertors
  • Create executive summaries for senior leadership team of equity analyst notes
  • Support investor meetings and sell-side conferences through preparing investor profiles, logging activity in IPERO
  • Support assessment of IR website and opportunities to improve
  • Maintain external guidance tracker
  • Maintain peers guidance tracker
  • Weekly IR standard update to be sent to CEO and CFO
  • Cover peer & competitor’s earnings daily, summarizing key themes, considerations/impacts to GE Aerospace, and summarizing for senior leadership team
  • Track consensus vs. internal estimate
  • Document owner for “Friends & Family” letter, sent to 200+ GE Aerospace investors, owning drafting and revision process
  • Review and Redline official earnings/Outlook transcript; edit/validate numbers, grammar, spelling etc.
  • Create CFO/CEO packages for the business segments (Slides, HIRIs, PR, & Script) to facilitate business CFO/CEO review of earnings materials
  • Join post-earnings sell-side calls, recording notes (themes & questions), and consolidating into key themes f
  • Update quarterly investor “13F” and “targeting” analysis, reviewing shareholder themes and key shareholder targets to develop recommendations and action items for the IR team
  • Support ongoing HIRI documentation and appendix prep
  • Support the team in ad hoc analysis

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance.
  • Leadership Program graduates will be given experience credit for time within the program.
