This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will enhance the technical depth and operational excellence of our Infrastructure Operations team. You will ensure enterprise services maintain technical currency, propel process improvements, and act as a technical mentor, providing leadership oversight to the team—while remaining fully accountable for your own work. This role reports into the Director of Global Service Desk (GSD).

  • Up to speed on cloud and security guidelines to keep systems modern and compliant.
What you will do:
  • Manage day-to-day infrastructure operations and team performance.
  • Own infrastructure operations ticketing queue and ensure timely completion of data center tasks (e.g., virtual machine provisioning, performance troubleshooting).
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and standardization.
  • Provide technical assistance and mentorship to colleagues in the Infrastructure Operations group, encouraging their growth and boosting team morale.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and business collaborators to align support strategies with organizational goals and upcoming initiatives.
  • Ensure high availability of infrastructure systems, continuous monitoring
  • Participate in critical incident response and on-call rotations, ensuring resolution and clear communication to senior management.
  • Contribute to project delivery and operational readiness across IT initiatives.
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as provisioning new hardware, replacing disks, accessing cables in the datacenter racks, and removing hardware for disposal.
What you bring:
  • Demonstrable experience running enterprise-level infrastructure services and leading teams.
  • The ability to explain technical risks in a way that makes sense to business leaders.
  • Hands-on knowledge of visualization, VDI, storage, backup, Windows, Linux, and hypervisor replication.
  • Experience planning and running disaster recovery tests.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for incidents, requests, problems, and changes.
  • A good grasp of networking basics like TCP/IP and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
  • A proactive approach to operations: setting up health checks, patch baselines, capacity plans, and performance metrics.
  • Strong automation skills—using PowerShell and scripting to cut down repetitive work and standardize builds.
  • Phenomenal communication and people skills.
  • Experience working within SOC1 controls and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize what matters most.
Education Preferred
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 3-5 Years team lead or people management experience

Salary Range

$122,000.00 - $208,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
