Position Summary

Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather and analyze client requirements, assist in developing implementation plans, and work with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects. Interacts directly with plan sponsors, addresses inquiries, and provides guidance during the implementation process, contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding. Facilitates mutually-beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process. Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years work experience in implementation or project management

  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
