The Manager of PS&T Content is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of training materials, learning platforms, and content strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence. This role sits within a broader training and continuous improvement team and plays a key part in driving employee capability, engagement, and performance. The manager will genuinely care about team development, lead inclusively, and empower collaboration while applying strong business acumen, analytical insights, and systems expertise to deliver impactful learning.
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville.
Essential job functions:
  • Design and maintain engaging, scalable training materials across multiple formats (digital, instructor-led, microlearning) to meet diverse learner needs. This includes applying analysis and insights to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring content not only meets compliance and business goals but also evokes curiosity and inspires learners to adopt best practices. The goal is to create learning experiences that drive operational excellence and support strategic priorities.
  • Oversee learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of training programs. This involves leveraging systems and technology to improve usability and reporting, collaborating with IT and vendors to resolve issues, and wrestling with challenges constructively to optimize functionality. The "why" is to provide a frictionless learning experience that enables employees to access resources easily and measure progress effectively.
  • Manage and develop a team of content creators, instructional designers, and training specialists by prioritizing growth through coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities. Lead inclusively by fostering a culture where diverse perspectives are valued and innovation thrives. The purpose is to build a high-performing team that can deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with subject matter experts, operations leaders, and HR to identify training needs and improvement opportunities. Empower others to collaborate, encourage open dialogue, and speak up to refine solutions. Apply strong communication and documentation practices to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders. This collaboration ensures training initiatives are relevant, actionable, and support business priorities.
  • Use data and learner feedback to refine content and delivery methods, applying strategic business planning principles to align training initiatives with organizational priorities. Promote a culture of learning and innovation that exceeds expectations and supports healthier, more impactful outcomes for customers. The "why" is to ensure training remains dynamic, effective, and responsive to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of related work experience or 5-7 years of related work experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing a team responsible for the design and implementation of training programs.
  • 5 years experience in designing training programs for a small to medium sized organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, Powerpoint, Share Point, LMS and Excel.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve training effectiveness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear content and stakeholder updates.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally and fostering partnerships to gather input and validate content.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
  • Capacity to manage challenges constructively and adapt solutions to changing needs.
  • Proficiency in administering and maintaining LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone).
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate), video editing software, and graphic design basics.
  • Ability to use Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and insights.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and other tools for content sharing and communication.
  • Understanding how to leverage technology to streamline training delivery and track performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Masters Preferred
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $120,960 - $181,440
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
