Role Overview:

As the Manager II, Sales, you have the ability to envision and implement strategic team development, instilling a passion for growth and mentorship. You play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated sales team. You are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, with an ability to elevate leaders and improve team performance. You build collaborative relationships and you thrive in growing our people. You are an excellent communicator, and can build effective sales strategies for your team. You mentor other managers and make data-driven decisions to guide your team.

Your responsibilities include overseeing the strategic management of your team, focusing on key performance areas such as activity, conversion, and engagement. Success is measured by achieving critical performance indicators (KPIs) including Enrollment Rate, Enrollment Attainment, Attended Demos, Average Selling Price (ASP), Churn, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

Compensation:

$93,500-$110,000 OTE / year ($71,400-$84,000 salaried base) + uncapped earning potential + equity

What you do each day:  

  • Provide advanced leadership in shaping and executing overarching sales strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
  • Lead and oversee multiple teams of sales professionals, guiding managers to refine team approaches and drive success through collective achievements
  • Bring a focus on innovation and continual improvement to the role, setting the stage for exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Play a crucial role in defining and executing the strategic vision of the sales organization, impacting the entire sales function
  • Foster collaboration with other departments, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals
  • Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills, addressing challenges with strategic solutions
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth
  • Champion visionary strategic leadership in identifying and engaging potential customers, guiding the team across diverse channels
  • Orchestrate and lead a dynamic sales team, providing guidance, shaping activities, and fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement
  • Oversee team performance metrics, guiding and developing team members to meet and exceed collective sales targets

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience in a high-growth environment (SAAS preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading, hiring, and training Account Executives 
  • Proven success as a sales leader

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected average on target earnings of $93,500-$110,000 OTE plus ability to out-earn. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
