Employer Brand Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar of blog/social media posts aligned to recruiting priorities, business objectives and unique employee stories.
- Create engaging content across social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging channels.
- Ensure content produced across channels supports AEO/SEO optimization.
- Monitor content performance and recommend optimizations based on audience engagement and recruiting outcomes using Google Analytics, social metrics and other data sources.
- Stay informed on employer branding, social media, talent attraction and content marketing best practices.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Research, write and publish 3-6 blogs each month, interviewing employees as needed and aligning internal stakeholders prior to publishing.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to uncover and develop authentic employee, leadership and community impact stories.
- Ensure all content reflects brand standards, tone/messaging framework and talent attraction goals.
Recruitment Marketing Support
- Provide copywriting support for recruitment marketing campaigns, including:
- Paid social and digital advertisements
- Job campaign messaging
- Radio and audio advertising scripts
- Career site content
- Talent community communications
- Recruiting event materials
- Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition partners to develop messaging that resonates with target talent audiences.
Social Advocacy & Thought Leadership
- Recommend and develop social content ideas for executives and business leaders.
- Create tools, templates and content resources that enable recruiters and employees to share content through their personal social channels.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality communication materials.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, HR, and business leaders to align employer brand content with enterprise priorities.
- Collaborate with creative/design teams to produce high-quality recruitment marketing materials.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience developing and managing content calendars and multi-channel content campaigns.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance measurement.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English or a related field is required.
Related Work Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, communications, employer branding, recruitment marketing or a related discipline.
