This role works from our Miami area office Monday through Friday. You will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Team members rotate working one (1) weekend a month (and then take 2 weekdays off). When you are working your assigned weekend, you will work remotely from your home office. When working from home, we expect that you have a good internet connection and access to a quiet work environment that is free of distractions. You must be based within a 50-mile commuting distance of the specified office location: Miami, Florida (in office and work from home requirements are subject to change).
About the RoleThis is an opportunity to lead an impactful team of Acquisition Experience Partners through hands-on coaching and development while also maintaining a relentless focus on improving the experience for the thousands of customers (buyers, sellers, partners) that we serve on a monthly basis. We’re looking for someone with the right blend of natural leadership, builder mentality, operator mindset and problem solving ability.
What You’ll NeedAt least 2 years of experience working on a customer facing team
Previous leadership/management experience
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Effective and agile communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
A proven ability to engage and collaborate with teams, and act as both coach and mentor to team members
Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where roles and processes continually shift as the company evolves.
Able to work rotating weekend coverages that can be done remotely - Our team of Advisors works 7 days per week and managers may need to be available to help with escalations and coverage.
Inspire & lead your team to act with urgency, to hold themselves accountable, and to create a culture of superior execution in the service of our customers.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer escalations, and to dive into the weeds with your team on a daily basis, removing blockers, handling escalations and communicating up and across as appropriate.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly key metrics including both inputs and outputs.
Weigh decisions and work closely with other team managers to improve processes with consideration for both the customer experience and our bottom line.
Prioritize coaching, mentorship and performance management opportunities.
Identify and shine a light on operational seams that negatively impact the customer experience.
Support hiring and team scaling efforts.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The base salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000, with additional estimated variable incentive components (60/40 base/variable split) that will contribute to overall compensation. Incentive compensation is based on individual performance within our Home Sales Advisor incentive plan and is not capped. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
