The Manager, Heart Recovery Content Operations is responsible for all global clinical training content, facilitating its creation and managing the content throughout its lifecycle. This is a people-leader position, and all Education Content Leads report to it. Together, this team ensures that training materials are relevant and up-to-date, and that deployed content is compliant, aligns with the IFU as needed, and considers our global audience. The Manager, Heart Recovery Content Operations will also streamline processes, identify gaps and areas for improvement, and implement operational tools to ensure efficiency in training content administration and project management. The person is also the ECMS expert (Veeva Vault) and owns the optimization of that platform for global content management for the Clinical Training team. This role is also responsible for administration and optimization of learning management systems (LMS) and other tools.
This is a cross-functional position that requires on-demand support and collaboration across multiple departments, including Educational Resources, Clinical Training, Digital Communications, Document Control and more.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee all Clinical Training Team content in Vault from inception to withdrawal (creation, readying for review, routing for approval, revision, deployment, withdrawal etc)
Work directly with Education Content Leads to ensure content is ready for routing, ongoing updates are addressed, and content substantiation added
Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed to address content needs
Work collaboratively and cross functionally to determine best practices and strategies for global content creation and content lifecycle management
Work collaboratively and cross functionally to determine best practices and strategies for global content deployment to proper locations (Showpad, HR.com, LMS etc.)
Analyze current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies in content approval, deployment, revision and withdrawal
Manage all incoming content requests to ensure high-level oversight of clinical content creation to minimize duplication and ensure consideration of global audiences
Provide all content analytics as needed to support data-driven decisions around content creation and withdrawal as well as strategy on future content needs
Recommend and implement tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency across teams and ensure smooth integration
Develop and maintain project documentation within SharePoint and other learning collaboration platforms; track progress, milestones, and deadlines for multiple projects
Manage day-to-day operations for the LMS and ensure support provided for systems like Cornerstone, Wrike, SharePoint, Vault, NovoEd etc for users
Represent the Educational Resources team at relevant meetings with high-level cross-functional groups

Job Qualifications:
7 years of relevant work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Project Management certification required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Wrike, and Veeva Vault required
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone OnDemand, Docebo, NovoEd etc.)
Proven experience in content management, training deployment, or related roles within a global medtech environment
Strong understanding of content lifecycle management and approval workflows
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), Vault, and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Wrike, Cornerstone, NoveEd etc.)
Experience with instructional design and software (ex. Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.) a plus
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret content analytics
Self-starter with ability to take initiative and work independently and lead with minimal supervision in a deadline driven environment

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. $102,000.00 - $177,100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
