About The Role
Lyra is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager for our Lyra-wide clinical programs to help drive long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic problem solver who can break down ambiguous growth challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions. This person is energized by tackling ambiguous problems, understanding drivers to sustainably grow clinical programs, a dynamic work environment, and expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize network adequacy across Lyra’s clinical portfolio, ensuring geographic and clinical coverage consistently meets member demand and performance standards.
- Define and track key performance drivers, designing robust reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into the health and scalability of the network.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for network performance, proactively diagnosing root causes for fluctuations and identifying targeted areas for improvement.
- Drive cross-functional strategy to bridge network gaps, partnering with Clinical, Product, and Operations teams to implement scalable, long-term solutions.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable narratives, ensuring both near-term operational needs and long-term strategic goals are supported by rigorous analysis.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to executive leadership, providing the insights necessary to drive organizational alignment and strategic investment.
- Collaborate with leadership to align network capacity with commercial goals, ensuring Lyra’s network strength remains a key differentiator in the market.
- Influence the evolution of clinical programs by providing a network-centric lens on how Lyra can best serve new and existing member populations.
- Lead high-priority initiatives end-to-end, managing the full lifecycle from initial concept and stakeholder alignment through execution and post-launch evaluation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related experiences. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter; able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to structure ambiguous and complex problems
- Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets/SQL a must); Salesforce experience is a nice-to-have
- Able to distill and effectively communicate the ‘so what’ from complex analytics using large data sets
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across cross-functionally
- Previous experience with network adequacy / network management is a plus
- Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
