As Manager of Growth Marketing at SkySpecs (reporting to the Chief Product and Marketing Officer), you’ll own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving measurable impact across the full marketing funnel. You’ll blend data, storytelling, and execution strategies to scale pipeline velocity, improve conversion rates, and elevate brand influence in the renewable energy space. Collaborating with a cross-functional team (Product Management, Sales, and Marketing), you will develop and scale omnichannel marketing initiatives, leveraging data insights, automation, and data analytics to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and retention. This role demands a strategy that fuses demand generation concepts with data-driven optimization, ensuring seamless alignment with sales and product to grow pipeline, improve sales velocity, and drive measurable revenue impact.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and lead SkySpecs’ full-funnel growth marketing strategy across all channels, blending strategic storytelling, customer and prospect insights, and neuromarketing principles to elevate brand perception and accelerate pipeline contribution.
- Partner with the CPMO to drive a multi-layered, omnichannel strategy that aligns with business goals - translating performance data, customer and prospect behavior, and market signals into actionable growth opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and reporting with a laser focus on pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion optimization, and ROI.
- Champion cross-functional alignment with sales, product, and customer success to ensure marketing initiatives drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion -accelerating deal velocity and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with the CPMO to identify and capitalize on emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive insights to continually refine market segmentation, messaging, and positioning and ad hoc campaigns for competitor displacement.
- Lead and optimize the entire MarTech stack, ensuring it supports scalable, data-driven growth initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to refine and optimize prospect qualification strategies and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities through shared insights and feedback loops.
- Present campaign results, growth strategy, and forward-looking plans to the CPMO, delivering actionable insights, clear recommendations, and ROI justification.
- Own project management of all key campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance targets are met to drive measurable business impact.
- Ensure that creative assets inspire and perform—working cross-functionally to tie visual storytelling, messaging, and content back to campaign objectives and conversion goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 5+ years in Marketing, including 2+ years in growth and demand specific roles
This role is based on U.S. Eastern Time. The position may be performed in a hybrid arrangement associated with our Ann Arbor, Michigan office or remotely in the U.S (Eastern or Central time preferred).
Travel: This role requires national and global travel approximately 15% of the time. Candidates must maintain a valid passport.
