What You’ll Do:
Finance Business Enablement, with focus on process creation and simplification,
- FP&A: Ensure our close and forecast financials are automated with the proper controls accurately in our systems and tools
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through our systems and tools.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver on key transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to support overall business goals.
- Change Management: Ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
- Experience within the cloud or technology sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,000 - $143,000 and $119,000 - $157,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
