Our Enterprise Strategy team is a small, high-performing group that works closely with senior leadership to pave the way for the future of our company. In Strategy, you will work hand-in-hand with senior business leaders to identify and analyze exciting new opportunities to drive growth and differentiation in a dynamic industry.

As a Manager on the Enterprise Strategy team, you will be helping shape the strategy for our Aetna business. This position has a unique opportunity to be on the cutting edge of CVS Health's aspirations to maintain Aetna’s leadership in the market. In this role, you will engage across our core businesses, develop strong relationships with executives, and provide analysis, guidance, and direction within areas of expertise. Responsibilities include:

• Supports formulation, preparation and communication of strategic and operational business plans

• Contributes to cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership

• Leads research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including development of business cases

• Effectively facilitates meetings and strategic workshops, including preparation and driving tangible outcomes

• Stimulates strategic thinking in support of business direction

You will be working in a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) in one of the CVS Health offices in Hartford, CT; New York, NY; Wellesley, MA; or Woonsocket, RI.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment and or completion of CVS GMDP Program.

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a focus on payor landscape and trends

• Experience building and evaluating financial models and quickly developing executive-level presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy

• Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation

• This role may require travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications
• Background with payor organizations and specifically value-based care
Education
• BA/BS degree required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,360.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
