We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations to join our team. This role is responsible for driving operational strategy for our Enterprise Sales organization from pipeline (Sales Development) through to close. S/he will think holistically about our Enterprise sales segment, spearhead cross-functional projects, and optimize our business as usual workflows. This individual will manage a team but is still able to dig into the details of a model or work through an operational process as needed. Your key stakeholders will be the Directors & SVPs of Enterprise Sales Development and Enterprise Sales. This individual has a well-rounded background including analytical rigor, strategic project management, operational excellence, and senior-level stakeholder management.

What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee daily operations of the Sales Operations functions including, weekly KPI reporting, forecasting, managing headcount and quota capacity, account assignment, and month-end close 

  • Partner closely with our Sales Development and Sales leaders to help them understand performance trends, root causes, and help them improve and scale their operations 

  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the holistic Enterprise portfolio including key account engagement, end to end forecasting, territory management, annual planning, etc.

  • Develop strategies and execution plans to improve Enterprise full-cycle sales performance

  • Drive efficiencies in operational processes across reporting, month-end close, and technology tools, including incorporation of ancillary business units

  • Collaborate with peers across Sales Strategy & Operations to deliver insights and analysis spanning multiple segments

  • Identify key trends and actionable insights to improve decision making and influence business operations; proactively ask and answer questions that others are not thinking about in the Enterprise segment

  • Operate in a hands-on manner to dive deep on analysis or systems, recognize hot spots, and develop solutions to ensure high quality results  

  • Manage and develop a team of 2-3 individuals covering Enterprise Sales Development & Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations

What you’ll bring:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, and/or management consulting

  • Functional experience in  operations/business operations/revops, strategy, and/or finance within the SaaS space is strongly preferred (experience working with Enterprise Sales is a plus)

  • 1-2+ years of leading and managing a team

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in excel or Gsheet modeling

  • Experience with SQL/data querying and Tableau or other data visualization tool preferred

  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally on key projects to deliver results

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills that allow you to partner with VP+ leadership

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality ready to create things from the ground up

  • Bachelor’s degree required

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
