- Recruit, train and guide your team to exceed monthly activity and referral goals.
- Monitor client contact acquisition and conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one reviews of activity and performance.
- Manage all aspects of the prospecting sequence, performing special projects and managing long-term business opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of new opportunities while reviewing the quality of sales opportunities on a regular basis.
- Optimize processes and develop new campaigns with Sales and Marketing to attain aggressive pipeline goals.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Two or more years of competitive sales development management experience; Proven record of sales success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Knowledgeable in using Salesforce to analyze marketing campaigns; Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals; Understanding of Enterprise level voice and data telecommunications solutions; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Organizational, time management, relationship building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to continuously hire, onboard and train new sales representatives.
