Technical experience we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated history of mentoring, developing, and growing engineers.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills; able to influence across Business, Product, and Technology.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo, prioritizing technical investments, and balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health.

About the job:

  • Vendor, contract, and financial management: oversee SOWs, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and application/portfolio budgeting (Total Cost of Ownership).
  • Innovation & technology adoption: encourage continuous improvement, evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platforms.
  • Communication: clearly convey technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences through strong verbal and written communication.
