Major Responsibilities
- Lead a small, agile team focused on developing prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoC) using a variety of emerging technologies
- Drive the exploration and implementation of technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation
- Ensure quick delivery of high-quality prototypes and PoCs, adhering to agile methodologies
- Provide hands-on technical expertise and guidance to the team, stepping in to develop solutions when necessary
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the team
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings, demonstrate prototypes, and gather feedback
Knowledge and Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Work Experience
- 5 to 7 years of work related experience
Skills and Competencies required to perform the Job
- Proven experience in leading small teams and managing projects in an agile environment
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in developing prototypes and PoCs
- Expertise in emerging technologies such as GenAI, AI/ML, RPA, Process Mining
- Strong background in Data & BI and/or Software Development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest technological trends
- Self-driven with willingness to work extra hours to meet stretch timelines and deliver exceptional results for high-level stakeholders
