• Contribute to the overall success and lifecycle of the product during definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation, launch, go-to-market activities, management updates and metrics
Create and deliver product demos and presentations for stakeholders, including senior leadership.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,300.00 to $160,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field with at least four years of product management experience, with pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a strong plus; OR Master's degree with two years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience successfully creating and executing against product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve goals and outcomes
- Exceptional at working with and analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights
- A curious and highly motivated self-starter who can work effectively across cross-functional teams and can independently drive progress toward completion with proper planning and management
- Passion for creating user-centric digital and interactive experiences
- Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training or experience. A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills
- Up to date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in the digital space
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- MBA or Master's degree in strategy, management, or related field is a plus
- Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a plus
- Experience in product design and data & analytics
- ERP systems knowledge e.g. SAP (S4 HANA, IBP, MDG)
