At GEICO, our success is no secret - it's the result of investing in exceptional individuals. We are looking for a highly motivated Manager, Private Passenger Auto (PPA) Analytics, to join and lead the Digital PPA sales funnel and help us turn insights into action.

This person owns and leads the end-to-end performance of the Digital PPA sales funnel, from backend data infrastructure to front end reporting and strategic optimization. This role blends business acumen, technical fluency and data analysis to uncover opportunities, implement changes, and drive actionable recommendations for PPA sales.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Digital PPA sales funnel, including data infrastructure and reporting to uncover opportunities and drive performance improvement utilizing tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake.
Leverage funnel analysis and experiments to identify conversion gaps and develop strategies that improve key business outcomes.
Partner with key stakeholders such as Product, Tech and Business to implement tech solutions or process changes/experiments.
Monitor post change results and reports to key Product, Tech, and Business leaders.
Maintains PPA sales to plan metrics reporting, stratified by various dimensions to provide visibility and decision-making senior leadership.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Strong skills/experience in data analysis, storytelling, and visualization using Power BI or other tools to influence business decisions and inform on strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership.
Experienced in SQL and Snowflake and (Extract, Transform, Load) ETL processes to access and structure large datasets for reporting and analysis.
Skilled in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively with cross functional teams.
3-5 years of experience in Personal Auto insurance operations management and/or proven ability to lead-business focused initiatives from strategy through execution, including coordination of timelines and stakeholder alignment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Annual Salary
$91,225.00 - $172,200.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
