Position Summary
As a Digital Operations Manager, you will partner closely with the analytics team to design and maintain scalable tagging solutions that support key metrics and improve the digital customer’s experience.  Your responsibilities will include managing the tagging specification process, write tag specifications/documentation, supporting implementation, performing testing and validation, and resolving issues.  Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other teams will be key to successful execution.
Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with web analytics tools - implementing and configuring a mobile/web event tracking solution such as Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge on adobe launch and understanding Adobe stack preferred (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe WebSDK, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, etc.)
  • Knowledge of tag management platforms (e.g. Adobe Launch, Tealium, Adobe WebSDK, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical development abilities (Javascript)
  • Experience in building dashboards and reports in web/mobile analytics tools such as Adobe
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Able to present to various audiences

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - Master's Degree - Preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$111,240.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
