What's the role 

We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Data Analytics who can manage large data sets - both our own and our partners’ - to discover meaningful insights and build internal and external cross-functional relationships. They will support the relationship with the client’s Data & Analytics counterparts, where the actionable insights will become recommendations for both media internal and external teams.

What you do

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting
  • Data and Web Analytics

Client Management & Internal Collaboration Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful cross-functional relationships  working with the account teams to identify potential opportunities to re-calibrate our tools using our client’s data sets and open the door for more detailed discussions around the above mentioned technical responsibilities 
  • Have a keen eye for, and focus on, the impact of marketing activity, seeking the opportunity to optimize media strategy on behalf of clients. This includes serving as an informed and responsible stakeholder in client/agency meetings, where subject matter expertise is deployed to move the clients’ business forward.
  • Great negotiation skills

Who you are

  • 3+ years coding experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau
  • 3+ years database experience with BigQuery, Azure or similar ETL tool
  • Build, maintain and QA data pipelines with Google, Meta or Salesforce APIs
  • 3+ years work experience with Looker, Power BI or similar visualization tool
  • Developing and maintaining data models 
  • Create reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data governance and compliance, while maintaining data integrity and accuracy within enterprise databases
  • 3+ years work with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other web analytics tool
  • Work with complex data structures to perform statistical analysis such as multivariate creative analysis, predictive modeling, benchmarking analysis, cluster analysis, user overlap analysis or path to conversion analysis
  • Possess a track record of translating analysis into actionable insights for the marketing and advertising industry
  • Produces easy-to-understand, error-free, and timely deliverables that leverage category and client specific data along with media performance data to modify and refine marketing strategy while addressing client business objectives
  • Agency experience is a plus
