The Role:

ElevateBio is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Manager to own and optimize our HubSpot platform, supporting both marketing and sales performance. This role will play a critical part in managing marketing automation, maintaining data integrity, and delivering insights that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and strategically minded, with a passion for improving processes and enabling teams through effective CRM usage.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for the HubSpot platform, managing user roles, system configurations, and daily operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Design, build, and execute multi-step lead nurturing campaigns and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to guide prospects through the buyer's journey and deliver marketing-qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Proactively manage the health and cleanliness of the HubSpot database, performing regular data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all commercial data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to rigorously track and analyze campaign performance, providing the Director of Commercial Excellence with clear insights on open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and pipeline influence.
  • Create and manage dynamic and static contact lists to enable precise audience segmentation for targeted email campaigns, sales outreach, and event invitations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build and refine HubSpot assets that drive efficiency, including email templates, sales sequences, and lead scoring models that help prioritize outreach.
  • Develop clear documentation for HubSpot processes and provide ongoing support and training to sales and marketing users, ensuring best practices are followed and driving platform adoption across the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM management, marketing, or a similar role
  • Must have hands-on experience with HubSpot (required); experience with other CRM platforms is a plus
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and email marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience building dashboards and interpreting performance metrics
  • High attention to detail, especially in data management and quality control
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
