Own and scale the creator platform end-to-end: set roadmap, operationalize onboarding, approvals, payments, and compliance; lead creator and affiliate campaigns across 400+ brands; recruit and manage an operations team; monitor KPIs and collaborate with developers, brand, strategy, and finance to drive ROI and platform adoption.
This is a remote position.
This role oversees the platform’s success end-to-end: strategy, operations, and team growth. Working alongside the Lead Developer, the Manager ensures the product roadmap, creator network, and campaign operations scale efficiently while meeting ROI targets.
As the point leader for creator partnerships and affiliate-driven growth, the Manager will establish scalable workflows for onboarding, compliance, content approvals, payments, and reporting. By building strong creator relationships and ensuring campaign excellence, they will drive revenue and elevate content quality across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Creator Platform as primary business owner, aligning technical development with business objectives.
- Guide roadmap priorities and recommend feature improvements to enhance creator experience and performance tracking
- Manage the end-to-end creator lifecycle, from onboarding and content delivery to payment and compliance
- Lead campaigns and affiliate programs across 400+ brands, ensuring visibility, ROI, and tracking accuracy.
- Develop standards for creator quality, performance scoring, and brand compliance.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing operations team, establishing clear SOPs and maintaining quality assurance
- Monitor key KPIs (creator engagement, ROI, content quality) and deliver quarterly performance reports to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Developers, Brand Managers, Strategists, and Finance to align platform growth with company goals.

- Growth of qualified creators onboarded and retained.
- Campaign ROI (affiliate revenue, content value, conversion rates).
- Platform adoption across brands.
- Content approval rates and time-to-approve.
- On-time and accurate creator payouts.
- Uptime and feature delivery (in partnership with development).
Requirements
- 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, or UGC operations (agency or brand side)
- Proven success owning programs or products end-to-end — from roadmap to ops
- Deep understanding of UGC, affiliate programs, and social media ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Comfort with analytics dashboards and data-driven decision
- Experience managing or collaborating with developers on SaaS or internal tools
- Strong leadership: able to hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Nice to Have: Experience with Amazon Attribution or marketplace integrations, familiarity with affiliate tracking systems, coupon codes, or influencer SaaS, knowledge of compliance requirements for influencer marketing (FTC, GDPR)
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
