We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Consumer Insights Manager to partner with our marketing and cross-functional teams. This role will shape consumer strategy and drive growth by translating consumer and market data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform brand positioning, targeting, renovation and innovation decisions, and communication effectiveness.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to brand and marketing teams; shape insight-led strategy and priorities.
- Lead consumer research programs (qualitative and quantitative) from design through execution and synthesis.
- Provide actionable recommendations rooted in consumer understanding, business context and market dynamics.
- Support product renovation and innovation decision-making, including limited-time offerings and new product concepts.
- Evaluate communication and activation effectiveness to optimize messaging and media decisions.
- Integrate primary and secondary data sources, syndicated tracking, and internal datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate complex findings into concise, compelling narratives and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage external research partners and vendors as needed; design and execute bespoke research when appropriate.
- Navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing needs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with both primary and secondary research approaches.
- Familiarity with syndicated data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Mintel or equivalents).
- Experience managing research vendors and executing end-to-end studies.
