Dynamics of the Role
This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting application and execution of new projects at TU CIBIL. The projects would include new product support, existing product enhancements and internal tools support and enhancement for improved customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage ,deploy and supporting applications in production & UAT environment
  • Work as part of the technical support team and meet SLA`s of uptime and performance
  • Plan and execute system upgrade, patches and enhancements
  • Ensure high level of performance, availability, sustainability and security of the production system
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams, technical partners and vendors for any related activity
  • Enable process optimization with the help of automation
  • Understand the business to be able to provide technology inputs to improvise the system, generate reports etc.
  • Refine and automate regular processes, track and document issues and changes
  • Create sops and work on capacity management.

Experience and Skills

  • B.E in IT is preferable.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in IT support function
  • Experience with Linux OS environment & Administration
  • Experience in shell scripting & automation
  • Prior experience of supporting and maintaining production system critical to business
  • Ability to provide 24*7 application support
  • Good analytical ability
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Willing to learn and work on any new technology
  • Experience on Hadoop ,Kafka & PostgreSQL will be added advantage

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
