The US base salary range for this full-time position is 92,800.00 USD - 116,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Lead cross-vertical coaching programs that establish consistent standards and best practices across DraftKings' frontline and partner teams.
- Strengthen the quality of coaching by refining frameworks, improving calibration health, and building a culture centered on feedback and development.
- Design and scale AI-powered coaching initiatives with prompt libraries, workflows, and guardrails that deliver measurable performance outcomes.
- Facilitate learning experiences for Team Leads and Managers that connect data, practice, and real-world application through reusable playbooks and toolkits.
- Create clear, data-driven narratives and executive-ready presentations that link coaching maturity to key business results.
What You'll Bring
- 3 to 4 years of experience leading teams of individual contributors or managers.
- 4 or more years in performance coaching, quality assurance, or enablement within high-volume operations such as Customer Experience or Risk.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends, connect insights to action, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional storytelling and facilitation skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations and leadership workshops.
- Proven ability to design scalable systems, align cross-functional partners, and build repeatable coaching processes.
- Experience with AI coaching tools or MaestroQA is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or coaching certification is preferred.
