We are seeking a Manager of Channel Sales to lead a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs) and accelerate the success of our partner ecosystem. In this critical leadership role, you collaborate with regional sales leaders and global channel leadership to align and execute strategic channel initiatives that drive growth and revenue.

You'll champion recruiting, onboarding, and enablement of new partners and partner teams, ensuring they are fully supported and engaged throughout the sales cycle. Make your mark by tracking partner-sourced and co-sell performance, optimizing third-party engagement, and implementing scalable processes that maximize partner impact.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

Team Leadership & Channel Strategy
    • Lead and support a high-performing team by coaching on channel strategy initiatives, driving effective territory and partner account planning, and overseeing alignment between partner and field sales teams.
    • Conduct weekly channel forecast meetings with Channel Account Managers (CAMs), providing coaching and strategic direction to improve performance and achieve goals.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top channel sales talent to build and scale a world-class partner sales organization.
Sales Execution & Forecasting
    • Record all sales activities in Salesforce and deal review documentation to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and operational alignment.
    • Provide detailed, data-driven sales forecasts to senior leadership, and drive accountability across key performance metrics such as pipeline generation and quota attainment.
Partner Engagement & Enablement
    • Engage regularly with key partner contacts and partnership managers to drive enablement, build pipeline, and strengthen collaboration between partner and LogicMonitor sales teams.
    • Demonstrate deep technical understanding of the LogicMonitor platform to support partner education, answer product-related questions, and drive adoption and optimization.
Customer & Market Engagement
    • Present the LogicMonitor platform with confidence to partners, prospects, and industry audiences at trade shows, webinars, and field events.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Strategic Partner Managers, and Technical Support to address complex partner and customer needs and deliver a seamless experience.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Channel Account Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing a team within the channel space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong critical thinking, influencing, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a solid command of English—both written and verbal—and strong presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a software sales role.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, drive innovation, or support problem-solving.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, your package will also include, but is not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, generous parental leave policies, access to our Employee Assistance Program and various Wellness programs, a 401K with company matching, a learning and development stipend, and an unlimited vacation policy. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$129,000$192,500 USD
