  • Facilitate working sessions to gather operational insights, define business needs, validate workflow impacts, and support business decision-making
  • Ensure frontline operational feedback is incorporated into capability enhancements and future roadmap discussions
  • Support consistent processes for intake, prioritization, issue resolution, and business decision-making
  • Support business UAT strategies, plans, and execution activities
  • Coordinate tester participation across lines of business and stakeholder groups
  • Track testing progress, defects, business decisions, and sign-off activities
  • Partner with technology teams to resolve defects, assess operational impact, and support release execution
  • Help ensure business validation is completed before production release
  • Support communication, training, and change activities associated with CAM releases as part of successful implementation

  • Contribute to governance processes that support scalable, controlled CAM growth

Required Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating large-scale UAT and production implementations
  • Knowledge of change management and adoption strategies in support of implementation success
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and operational risk management practices

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

The difference from the safer version is subtle but important: it sounds more like someone who coordinates meaningful business execution across the work, not just someone who administratively supports it.

  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
