The Manager of Business Development will drive sales in the US by generating leads, managing customer relations, and supporting marketing efforts.

POSITION SUMMARY:The Manager- Business Development, US will drive sales and customer acquisition in the US region, handling tasks such as quote preparation, cold calling, demos, customer visits, and trade show participation. Key responsibilities include developing sales, supporting marketing, and ensuring quality management.
The position will be responsible for establishing a brand new territory for Tec4med. The role requires a very hands-on approach and an end-to-end approach of the sales cycle, incl. lead generation and cold calling.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
Business Development & Lead Generation
• Generate new business and establish strong relationships with clients in the US region
• Research asnd identify potential customers in pharma, biotech, animal health, IVF, and
healthcare logistics
• Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline using CRM tools
• Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate meetings
• Conduct video meetings to engage prospects and provide demos
• Support market research and competitive analysis for the US market
• Represent the company at trade shows to increase visibility and generate leadsSales Support• Assist with product demos, presentations, and proposal preparation
• Follow up with prospects and manage customer communication
• Help prepare quotes, and contractsCustomer & Partner Interaction
• Act as a first point of contact for inbound leads
• Maintain professional relationships with prospects and early customers
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and leadership teamsInternal Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to dateCOMPETENCIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Strong technical sales and business development experience
• Proactive with excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptableQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, LifeSciences or Economics
• Experience in technical sales and business development practices
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Experience in SaaS and preferably IOT or sensor technology
• Experience in cold calling and video calling techniques
