Position Summary
The Aetna Pharmacy Strategy & Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating key projects and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with Aetna lines of business and Caremark to lead our project management efforts, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our strategic goals. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in stakeholder engagement and project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage various initiatives and ad-hoc projects directly to ensure deliverables are met and objectives are achieved.

  • Develop clear, concise presentations and reports for executive messaging.

  • Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and constituents.

  • Excel in an agile environment and coordinate decentralized teams effectively.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional work experience in the Health Insurance/PBM industry.

  • 2 years of program management experience.

  • Proven experience facilitating cross-functional teams’ efforts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel & Teams).

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Robust execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting).

Preferred Qualifications

  • PBM experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
