At Bold Penguin, we help carriers, agents, and brokers simplify and accelerate commercial insurance by providing end-to-end technology solutions. As we continue to expand partnerships with the top 100 brokerages, we're looking for a dedicated Brokerage Solutions Manager to support our VP of Brokerage Growth and Partnerships.
This role is highly visible and client-facing: you will attend meetings with senior brokerage executives, understand their challenges, and design solutions using Bold Penguin's current technology options-or by identifying new opportunities. You'll act as the bridge between sales, product, and technology, ensuring that every brokerage partnership gets a tailored, high-value solution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with the VP of Brokerage Growth and Partnerships to attend meetings with top 100 brokerages, serving as a trusted solutions expert
- Create and refine enablement materials to help brokers adopt and maximize use of Bold Penguin technology
- Understand broker challenges and opportunities, then translate them into technology-driven solutions leveraging Bold Penguin's existing products or new capabilities
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to design solutions that align broker needs with platform strengths
- Lead solution workshops and demos that show how our technology can improve distribution, quoting, underwriting, and placement
- Develop solution roadmaps and proposals for brokers, highlighting integration options, workflows, and potential new features
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring broker needs are communicated clearly into Bold Penguin's product strategy
- Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise brokerages
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a solutions engineering, solutions consulting, or enterprise technology role
- Proven success in designing or implementing technology solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and SaaS solutioning
- Ability to bridge technical and business conversations with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation skills - capable of leading both executive-level discussions and technical workshops
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel required as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, (up to 8 hours per day) at a desk working on a computer.
- Must be able to use standard office equipment for extended periods of time, including but not limited to, a mouse, keyboard, phone and video conferencing.
