Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. The Company’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles.

We’re looking for a highly strategic and operationally minded Manager, BD Growth Strategy to help build and scale the growth and foundational systems that power our Business Development efforts. This role will sit at the intersection of Sales, Sales Operations, and Growth, driving programs that improve how we reach, engage, and convert prospective advertisers around the world. You’ll play a critical role in defining the strategy, infrastructure, tools, and processes that enable our sales team to operate at peak performance—owning everything from lead engagement frameworks to quarterly planning and incentive alignment. Your work will directly accelerate advertiser acquisition and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and implement scalable programs, playbooks, and workflows that help global Business Development teams source and convert advertiser leads more efficiently.

  • Build the foundational infrastructure (CRM systems, outreach strategies, pipeline prioritization models, etc.) to support scalable advertiser acquisition.

  • Partner with Sales Operations to define and refine quarterly goals, incentive structures, and sales productivity and performance reporting.

  • Collaborate with Growth Managers focused on vertical or product enablement to remove blockers and ensure coordinated go-to-market execution.

  • Collaborate with Tooling, Engineering, and Marketing teams to equip Sales with the tools and content needed for impactful outreach.

  • Drive global consistency while also enabling local-market customization of BD systems and strategy.

  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning by setting growth targets and supporting roadmap development and execution.

  • Lead strategic initiatives that identify and remove bottlenecks in the advertiser conversion funnel.

  • Monitor KPIs and surface actionable insights to optimize business development performance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling systems and programs that enable sales or business development at a global level.

  • Strong analytical thinker with experience translating data into clear strategies and actions.

  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and continuous improvement.

  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills; thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts well to ambiguity.

  • Confident communicator and storyteller—comfortable influencing senior leadership.

  • Proven ability to drive change across partner teams and leadership by introducing new approaches and influencing team behaviors.

  • Skilled at leading cross-functional teams to launch programs and deliver results in KPI-driven environments.

  • Experience working with global teams across time zones and cultures.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Looker, Asana, and similar platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, business operations, program management, or growth roles—ideally within a B2B or advertising environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree, or MBA, or a degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics.

  • Experience or familiarity in working with the media or digital advertising industry

  • Experience launching, maintaining and sun-setting scaled growth initiatives

  • Background in setting up incentive structures or contributing to sales goal frameworks.

  • Passion for structured problem solving, developing / testing hypotheses, and modeling

  • Passion for change, Snapchat, and creativity!
