About the Role

The Manager of B2B Growth Marketing will report to the Director of B2B Growth Marketing and be responsible for campaign development, performance optimization, and collaboration with product marketing, sales, revenue operations and digital marketing. This role includes people management responsibilities, with the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist reporting directly to this position. This role will help lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline across the North American market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand and accelerate pipeline across commercial segments in North America
  • Manage and support the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist, ensuring campaign execution meets goals and deadlines
  • Define campaign strategy, audience targeting and lead nurturing programs in partnership with marketing ops
  • Own campaign calendars, brief development, performance analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales and RevOps to build and run ABM programs that target high-value accounts and drive engagement across key stages of the buyer journey
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams responsible for SEO, PPC, content and events to support unified campaign execution
  • Support quarterly planning, forecasting and KPI reporting
  • Partner with product marketing to ensure campaign messaging is on-brand and aligned with positioning
  • Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences, including emails, landing pages, ads, blogs, industry reports, webinars and other materials
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and campaign strategy for SaaS or cybersecurity companies
  • Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing programs that generate pipeline and influence revenue
  • Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce; experience with tools like Demandbase, ZoomInfo and Salesloft a plus
  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports with a focus on development and performance
  • Excellent communication, project management and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements
  • Familiarity with marketing best practices across paid and owned channels, even if not directly managing them
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and scale campaign execution with oversight on tone and accuracy
