What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a global team of data scientists, data engineers, advanced analytics engineers, and machine learning professionals delivering analytics, and automation to business problems.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, scope, prioritize, and execute high-value analytics and AI opportunities that drive measurable business impact.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, automation, and AI capabilities across the Global Parts Pricing organization.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and career development for technical teams while building a strong analytics and Data Engineer talent pipeline.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
- Manage key enterprise data assets to ensure data quality, governance, controls, and accessibility are maintained.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Snowflake and AWS environments supporting aftermarket pricing analytics and operations.
- Monitor, communicate, and influence key business performance metrics through data-driven insights and recommendations.
