The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data, developing reporting capabilities, and delivering insights to inform business decisions
- An analytical mindset with a range of business analysis, data analysis, and technical skills to generate a deep understanding of our customers’ digital interactions
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and database querying (e.g., SQL, Snowflake) to synthesize data from disparate sources
- Experience in designing and developing data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
- Natural intellectual curiosity and initiative for learning new skills and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or an MS degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Business or Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics a plus
The Team
We are looking for an accomplished, collaborative, and creative analytics professional to join the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights team, supporting Fidelity’s Digital Channels. Your subject matter expertise in analytics will play a critical role in optimizing a personalized digital experience for Fidelity’s clients.
Certifications:Category:Data Analytics and InsightsMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
