The Role

As a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics in the Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights organization, you will have the opportunity to mine customer data to drive strategic decisions and transform customer experiences. We are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. Candidates must be able to leverage data to inform decisions, synthesize and clearly communicate insights, and apply a customer-first mindset with ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning to deliver impactful results.

This role requires a dedicated, committed, and passionate individual who can:

  • Create and summarize large datasets in structured and unstructured data.
  • Collect and analyze data / develop insights and reporting capabilities to empower organizational leaders to make value-based prioritization decisions.
  • Create solutions leveraging deep statistical analysis to drive thought leadership across the Digital Transformation organization
  • Work across diverse skilled teams to find success for Fidelity and our customers.
  • Have a natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced Degree a plus.
  • 4 plus years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
  • Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
  • Experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports by using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc.
  • Experience with Digital and Live Interaction data a plus. 
  • Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, and automation tools to improve efficiency across insight generation process is a plus.

The Team

We are looking for analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. The team supports the Investor Services and Tax Exempt Market Organizations by providing advanced analytics to drive business decisions.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $97,000-185,000 USD per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
