The Role
Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is looking for a Managed Services Consultant to join our RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) group. The Managed Services Consultant will provide adequate customer service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products and programs. This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, hours are dependent on customer needs and deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Support the Project Manager with activities through Start-up
- Be the primary point of contact through Maintenance and Closeout of a project
- Perform skilled duties such as creating, reviewing, coordinating, and managing a variety of deliverables for assigned projects
- Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad issues associated with managing the delivery of complex systems and projects
- Respond to inquiries about projects
- Lead various project status and review meetings
Requirements
- 2+ year degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role
- 1+ years of experience in a regulated industry
- 1+ years of RTSM/IRT experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be in the Central or Eastern Time Zones

Compensation
- Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
