Serve as the managed print services (MPS) expert to corporate customers: identify targets, assess document management needs, sell and implement printer maintenance/service agreements, propose cost-effective MPS solutions, grow and retain customer base, and meet assigned quotas while maintaining required certifications.

• Represents our company as the managed print services expert to global corporate customers.
• Identify ideal target customer for valued print managed services offering.
• Responsible for selling printer maintenance/service agreements to current and new customers. • Assessing clients’ needs by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their document management infrastructure and create detailed cost effective solutions. • Growing our customer base through discovery of new business and retaining legacy costumers. • Assists customers and prospects by analyzing and evaluating print management requirements and needs. • proposes MPS solutions that meets Invictus Document Solutions profitability goals and that will be cost effective for and improve the service of our customers. • Consulting, selling, and implementing MPS with high level customers..
