Full-Time Salary Range: $49592 - $68993
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.

- Undertaking preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
- Analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
- Building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Combining models through ensemble modeling
- Presenting information using data visualization techniques
- Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges
- Collaborating with engineering and product support teams

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Enrolled student at an accredited 4-year college / university having completed a minimum of two years (rising Junior)
- Experience with Quantitative Data Analysis and/or Statistical Analysis
- Demonstrated self-starter with organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with others
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote team members leveraging an application like Microsoft Teams
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (e.g., R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
- Experience working with and creating data architectures
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques
Pay Information
