About the Role
As Motive expands into the UK and EU, we are hiring a Logistics & Fulfilment Specialist to help build, manage, and optimize our regional logistics and fulfilment operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong operational instincts, hands-on experience in 3PL management, and atrack record of improving delivery performance across all sales channels. You will be responsible for day-to-day fulfilment excellence, inventory accuracy, inbound receiving, 3PL oversight, international shipping compliance, and carrier/customs broker management. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the U.S., EU, and Asia to ensure Motive delivers a reliable, cost-efficient, and high-quality customer experience. This is a high-impact IC role where you will shape Motive’s UK/EU operations from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Fulfilment & 3PL Operations
Oversee daily UK/EU order fulfilment across all sales channels.
Manage and optimise 3PL partner performance using KPIs and vendor scorecards.
Ensure adherence to SLAs/SLIs related to picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
Troubleshoot logistics exceptions, delivery delays, and service failures.
Build and maintain SOPs for receiving, shipping, returns, and inventory workflows. Inventory Management
Own regional inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and cycle count processes.
Partner with global supply planning to ensure correct stock levels across the region.
Lead root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Inbound & Supplier Management
Manage inbound shipments and receiving processes with suppliers and 3PLs.
Ensure suppliers meet delivery SLIs, quality standards, and documentation requirements
Reduce lead-time variability and improve inbound visibility. Shipping, Compliance & Carrier Management
Oversee UK/EU 3PL and carrier relationships and performance.
Manage customs brokers and ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
Optimize cost per shipment, routing decisions, and international logistics flows.
Monitor on-time delivery, service reliability, and exception resolution. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain, finance, tax, product, customer experience, and legal teams across multiple countries.
Provide regional logistics insights to support new product launches, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
Build reporting to provide visibility into fulfilment KPIs, cost metrics, and delivery performance.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of hands-on experience in fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Background managing fulfilment operations in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with or managing 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, inbound receiving, and warehouse processes.
Familiarity with international logistics, customs, and VAT processes (UK/EU preferred).
Proven ability to establish KPIs, build vendor scorecards, and drive SLA/SLI performance.
Ability to create effective SOPs and operational workflows.
A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can build structure in an early-stage environment.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working across time zones and cultures.
Experience working cross-functionally with global teams.
