Working Pattern: 8 hour shifts between the hours of 5am and 4pm Mon-Fri.

What You Will Do
Working in our small modern offices in Gisborne, you’ll be part of a team and trained on using our specialist logistics software. Your role will be to execute and monitor the wood flow plan to ensure successful outcomes for our clients. This will require you to balance the micro requirements of the contractors to achieve the macro objectives of the forest owners.
You will be coordinating and scheduling harvesting contractors and logging trucks to uplift loads, thinking about the best overall utilization of the fleet and minimum cost of distribution, solving a myriad of problems that occur along the way.
You will be monitoring and reporting on production, inventory, and delivery targets, negotiating with suppliers and customers.
You will also be supporting the Regional Manager and helping create a positive culture within the operation through leading by example.
Flexibility to support on-call coverage outside usual business hours will be required this operates on a rota basis.
