We're looking for a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Logistics Coordinator to help ensure our products reach distributors and retail partners accurately, efficiently, and on time.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in connecting Sales, Warehouse Operations, Finance, Marketing, and our distribution network. You'll use inventory data, sales trends, and logistics systems to manage orders, maintain distributor inventory levels, and solve problems before they impact our customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and internal business partners.
  • Monitor distributor and finished goods inventory to minimize out-of-stocks
  • Generate suggested orders using sales data, inventory reports, and market insights.
  • Create and manage sales orders through our SAP ordering portal.
  • Proactively communicate shipment and product delays to our distribution partners.
  • Partner with Warehouse Operations, Marketing, and Finance to resolve inventory, pricing, and product information issues.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and customer service.

Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be 21 or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • Two years of experience in a professional fulfillment or logistics role 
  • Ability to learn and use SAP and industry-specific add-ons 
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Drive
  • Strong organizational skills 

Schedule = Shift is M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. (PST)

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Wage = $22.00 - $24.00/HR. DOE
