The Logistics and Supply Analyst manages inventory, coordinates third-party invoicing, optimizes logistics processes, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.
The Logistics and Supply Analyst will support inventory management, third-party invoicing, and cross-functional coordination across supply chain operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, optimizing logistics processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with finance, quality, and external logistics partners.

Technical Skills:
Good level of competency with MS package but especially with Excel.
Previous experience of SAP or similar is desirable but not essential.
Strong skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and metrics tracking.
Handling product transfers, rework processes, and liaising with third-party logistics providers.
Education & Training:
Bachelor's Degree (3rd Level) in Business or Finance, a foundational requirement that supports understanding of supply chain, financial reporting, and vendor management.
Recognized supply chain certifications like APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) or CIPM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are desirable for structured knowledge in logistics and inventory control.
Experience:
Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional office environment, ideally involving supply chain, logistics, or finance operations (1-3 years preferred).

ROLE SUMMARY
Inventory Management
- Responsible for all areas included in inventory management including:
- Monitor sales
- Investigating and executing , inventory adjustments
- Manage Intercompany receipts & interface failures
- Ensure interfaces flow accurately and in a timely manner,
- Assist Demand Planners & Financial Inventory Specialists related issues
- Liase with SAP BT teams/ LSP teams to assist with continuous improvement & process development
- Closely align with the Finance Dept, Quality Dept, SAP functional teams, and the LSP's on inventory and Sales Order Management issues
- Assist with the management of mid-year and year end inventory counts at the LSP, taking responsibility for reconciliations and three-way matches
- Responsible for closing out month end and year end Inventory Management activities
Third Party Invoices
- Liaise with Third Party suppliers with regards to invoicing and payment
- Arrange for PO's for the necessary suppliers
- Liaise with Finance on problematic PO's / Invoices
- Arrange for Third Party vendors to be set-up as per FCPA procedures
- Responsible for reviewing and submitting monthly accrual reports to the Finance department
Metrics/Scorecard/Finance Reports
- Responsible for submitting timely metrics and scorecard reports relating to the Distribution and Logistics function in Ireland
- Analyze and report on Budget versus Actual on Distribution Cost Center
Marketing Material Management
- Act as prime contact for processes and issues, relating to marketing material system including new user set-up, IT issues and continuous improvement. Responsible for LSP invoicing and controlling costs, where possible.
- Review previous month's activities, KPI's and to inspect the locker room and warehouse if necessary.
- Liaise with sales teams and LSP to improve and develop marketing material system and reduce costs where possible.
Rework Co-ordination
- Liaise with Third party suppliers, regulatory, medical affairs, Business Units, Demand Management, to aid with the rework process, including arranging transportation and managing the financial aspect of reworks in local Third party suppliers.
- Reconciliation of inventory once the commercial stock is returned to the LSP.
Transfer of product between markets
- Responsible for liaising with LSP's and demand managers in the transferring of product between markets.
- This area of responsibility includes arranging temperature conditions paperwork, managing transactions Transfer within SAP, and sourcing credits from the ELC, where necessary.
Ad-hoc activities
- Transportation Claims.
- Manage Waste Management (Repak) returns and submissions and control database of products.
- Prime Point of contact for LSP's
- Liaise with GFS / LSP/ Commercial teams re AR issues Daily queries from GFSS, Finance, LSP's, GSC and the business units.
