This is a remote position.

We are hiring an LMS & Executive Learning Platform Advisor to help us rapidly select the right platform and define how executive learning should be structured for engagement, completion, and real-world application.

This is a short-cycle, high-judgment role. The objective is to make sound decisions quickly and establish a scalable foundation—not to run a prolonged evaluation process.

What You’ll Do
  • Select an LMS that supports executive-level education in mid-market, multi-organization environments

  • Advise on learning structure that drives engagement and completion for senior leaders

  • Help define a repeatable approach for delivering leadership, sales, and profitability content digitally

  • Ensure the platform supports private, branded client environments



RequirementsRequired Experience
  • 5+ years working with LMS platforms used for executive, professional, or enterprise learning

  • Prior experience selecting or standing up an LMS for leadership or executive audiences

  • Experience designing learning experiences for senior leaders and managers (not general employee training)

  • Strong judgment around platform trade-offs, speed, and scalability

  • Experience supporting executive or leadership training across multiple organizations or client environments

  • Engagement and completion design for senior audiences

  • Scalable learning delivery models

Engagement Details
  • Contract role (estimated 10-20 hours per month)
