Your Impact at Lila

Lila Sciences is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Development to help define and execute the company’s highest-priority initiatives across science, product, and commercialization. In this role, you will work directly with executive leadership to turn complex scientific and operational questions into structured, insight-driven decisions that accelerate our mission to build Scientific Superintelligence.

You’ll own strategic analyses, support critical cross-functional decisions, and help bring order to ambiguity as we scale our R&D platform, forge new partnerships, and expand our commercial footprint. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of scientific discovery and early-stage commercialization.

What You’ll Be Building

  • Executive-level communications, including board materials, investor content, and strategic planning documents
  • Competitive and market intelligence capabilities that help Lila navigate a fast-evolving scientific and commercial landscape
  • Strategic frameworks that guide Lila’s investments in platform R&D, product development, and market entry
  • Strategic business cases that inform pricing, commercialization models, and partnership structures

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or corporate development—ideally in life sciences, material sciences, deep tech
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and structure complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited oversight
  • Strong analytical horsepower and structured thinking—equally comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint, and whiteboard sessions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives
  • Bonus: Experience in a scientific, technical, or startup environment; MBA, PhD, or other advanced degree

Equal Opportunity

Lila Sciences is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.

A Note to Agencies

Lila Sciences does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies. Submissions without prior written agreement will become the property of Lila Sciences, and no fees will be paid.
