Role: Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Working Hours: +/- 1 Hour US time. We are open to candidates working EST or PST +/- 1 hour. (Part Time/ 20 - 25 hours per week)

Salary Range: $3,500 - $6,500 per month

THE ROLE

We are searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Email and SMS. Reporting initially to the Sr. Director of Growth and Ecomm, but working closely with E-commerce, Growth, Customer Support, and Brand Marketing teams. This person will have the opportunity to generate and bring their ideas to life to ultimately drive growth and improve channel performance.

Role Summary

  • Own Email and SMS retention strategy across Lumin & Meridian, driving brand performance and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all Email (Klaviyo) & SMS (Attentive) brief, builds, QA, segmentation, deployments aligning with market specific data privacy and regulations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align lifecycle marketing with brand strategy.
  • Run continuous A/B tests (creative, offers, timing, segmentation, LPs) and drive actionable insights
  • Build and optimize audience segments to improve targeting and performance
  • Monitor program health (deliverability, engagement, list growth) and optimize sign-up flows
  • Set KPIs and reporting, making sure channel targets are met/exceeded
  • Act as lifecycle SME, identifying new opportunities and best practices

Core Requirements

  • 2-4+ years hands-on Email/SMS experience (DTC or agency)
  • Strong Klaviyo + Attentive expertise
  • Proven in lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple brands/priorities
  • Strong communication + analytical skills
  • Proficient in Sheets/Excel + Slides

Nice to Have

  • Analytics tools (Amplitude, Sigma)
  • Subscription business experience
  • Some basic HTML knowledge
  • CRM/data experience (flows, triggers, databases)
  • PST timezone availability
