About the Role:

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager supporting Remitly Business, you'll grow activation, engagement, and retention strategies across our Small Micro Business and Freelancer customer segments. You will be both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who can operate with autonomy, partner with product and engineering teams, and build programs that create measurable impact. You'll report to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing and will be required to work 3+ days a week out onsite at our Seattle, WA headquarters.

You Will:

  • Build lifecycle strategy across Remitly Business segments, with a focus on customer onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and launch experiments across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging—defining hypotheses, building campaigns in Braze (or equivalent), and analyzing performance.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to shape user journeys, improve onboarding flows, and deliver scalable lifecycle programs that integrate into the product experience.
  • Collaborate with growth, analytics, product marketing, creative and design teams to align lifecycle campaigns with broader go-to-market and product strategies.

You Have:

  • 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, with a background in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Proficient in Braze (or equivalent multi-channel engagement platforms); comfortable orchestrating multi-step, multi-channel customer journeys.
  • 3+ years of experience with data-driven decision-making: designing tests, partnering with analytics to interpret results, and applying insights to improve campaigns.
  • Experienced collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate lifecycle marketing into primary product experiences.
  • Comfortable flexing between strategy and execution: from roadmap planning to writing test plans, building and QA-ing campaigns, and analyzing outcomes.
  • Curious and energized by solving complex lifecycle challenges in new businesses.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $120,000-$150,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
